The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to set aside the order dated 19th September, 2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack in Consolidation Revision Case No. 33 of 2000.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars subject to the question of limitation.
