The challenge in the instant Writ Petition by the defaulting borrower is to the Sale Notice dated 22nd July, 2022 issued by the UCO Bank, Zonal Office, Balasore fixing the e-auction sale of the mortgaged property towards recovery of the outstanding liabilities of the petitioner on 29th August, 2022. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo in Court today seeking an unconditional withdrawal of the present Writ Petition. The same is kept on record.

In view of the aforesaid memo, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
