Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to stop the hiking of admission fees for the purpose of contribution towards EPF of the employees of the college and the amount so far collected till date may be refunded to the affected students and/or to the college fund and stopping of hiking of admission and readmission fees from the student form the coming academic years 2023-24.

In course of hearing, the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-11 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time, to which

learned State Counsel has no objection.

Considering the contentions raised by the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners, vide Annexure-11 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
