There is no foundation as to whether the Petitioners are going Order No.

to be evicted by the lease even. Learned counsel for the Petitioners has no information with regard to the same. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a properly constituted Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
