This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the I.I.C., Mangalabag P.S.-Opposite Party No.7 to take steps to prevent breach of peace in the suit land pursuant to the order passed in Crl. Misc. Case No.519 of 2016 under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C.

Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner draws attention of this Court to the order dated 13th July, 2016 passed by A.D.C.P./E.M., Cuttack in Criminal Misc. Case No.519 of 2016 under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C. and submits that the said order has not been implemented.

Since the order was passed in the year, 2016, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition after expiry of the statutory period.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
