Heard Mr. S.C. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the Resolution No. HE-FE-Vl-Policy-0395/2017/7651/HE dated 16.03.2018 issued by the Government of Odisha through its Higher Education Department and the Office Memorandum No. HE-NCET1-PLAN-0002-2019 24133 dated 22nd July 2020 vide Annexure- 3 and Anneuxre-5 respectively and to direct the opposite parties to fix the Death cum retirement Gratuity amount for the Petitioners as per Rule 8 (1)and Rule 9 of the Odisha Aided Educational Institutions' Employees Retirement Benefit Rules, 1981.

As it appears, on the basis of the representation made by the General Secretary, All Orissa Non-Government College Teachers & Employees Association under Annexure-4 series, recommendation has already made under Annexure-6 series, but no step has been
taken on such recommendation.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to act on the recommendation made under Annexure-6 series within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. 6.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
