Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. Oriental Bank of Commerce had granted loan to his client. Without notice the bank caused publication of his client's name as willful defaulter. To that end his client made representation dated 21st February, 2021 to Chief Manager of the Barbil Branch. He submits, there be direction by upon the bank, since merged with Panjab National Bank, to consider and dispose of his client's representation. 2.

In the circumstances submitted on behalf of petitioner, direction for issuance of notice is not necessary. Opposite party no.3 will consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 21st February, 2021 (annexure-9). Petitioner will approach said opposite

// 2 // party with the representation and this order. The bank will inform petitioner result of the representation within three weeks from communication.
