Considering the innocuous prayer made in this Writ Petition and as this Court finds, a lawful decision on the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 is required to be taken by the Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority-Opposite Party No.3, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the Petitioner.
