Heard Mr. N. Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner. He contended that against the order passed by the disciplinary authority imposing penalty, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 3.

Since the order passed by the disciplinary authority is appealable one, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum by preferring appeal.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
