Heard Mr. M.R.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of dismissal passed on 06.06.2014 under Annexure-5.

It is found from the record that the Petitioner was discharged from service because of his conviction and sentence in a criminal case against which he has preferred an appeal in Criminal Appeal No.182 of 2014 before this Court.

Since the order of dismissal has been passed in view of the order of conviction and sentence passed against the Petitioner, this Court finds no illegality or irregularity

// 2 // in the said order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is not entertained and hereby dismissed. However, it is observed that the order of dismissal shall be subject to final outcome of the Criminal Appeal No.182 of 2014.
