1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 7th line of Paragrah-4 of the order dated 09.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14972 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "JMFC, Chandikhole" so also the words "G.R. Case No. 618 of 2022" be corrected as "C.T. Case No. 1793 of 2022".

4. Above modification is subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
