Mr. Rayaguru, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's land was acquired for purpose of constructing National High Way. The arbitration case resulted in award. His client duly applied for enhancement of the award. It is Arbitration Case no.47 of 2021, pending before the Collector, Dhenkanal. He seeks direction for the case to be expeditiously disposed of.

2. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of Collector and submits, his client will expeditiously deal with the case.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to deal with and dispose of said arbitration case of petitioner as expeditiously as possible, within three months from date of communication of this order. 4.
