This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for bail in connection with Odagaon P.S.Case No.142 of 2020, corresponding to S.T.Case No.6/95 of 2020 (G.R.Case No.188 of 2020), pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon for alleged commission of offence under Sections 457,394,376-D,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application and further seeks a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial within a period of two months and in the event trial is not concluded within the stipulated period of time, then the Petitioner may be given liberty to renew his prayer for bail again. 5.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 6.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the
// 2 // parties, the BLAPL is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, it is open for the Petitioner to move a fresh application for bail. In the event an application for bail is filed, the same shall be disposed of without being influenced by any other factors.
