Heard learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties.

Perused the record. It appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 11.04.2013 under Annexure-7 and the order dated 27.04.2012 under Annexure-4 and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to reinstate him in the service with all consequential service benefits.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court in Jatin Kumar Panjia v. State of Orissa (WPC (OAC) No.4378 of 2012, disposed of on 26.08.2021), therefore, direction may be issued to consider the case of the petitioner
in the light of the said judgment.

In view of the above, the order dated 11.04.2013 under Annexure-7 and the order dated 27.04.2012 under Annexure4 passed by opposite party no.4 are hereby quashed. Accordingly, opposite parties are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment 26.08.2021 passed by this Court in Jatin Kumar Panjia (supra), within a period of four months from the date of communication/production of this order.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
