This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that no criminal case has been registered at Phulbani Sadar Police Station in connection with U.D. Case No.06 of 2018 against the Petitioners; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file the same in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Interim order passed on 02.02.2021 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
