1. The petitioner is the sole proprietor of M/s.Tech Federal, who has availed the cash credit facility from the HDFC Bank to the tune of Rs.20.00 lakhs. Due to non-servicing of the account, it was classified as NPA on 30th June,2020 leading to issuance of a demand notice dated 15th February,2021 recalling the outstanding liability for a sum of Rs.23,77,517.10. The prayer made in the present writ petition for direction to the HDFC Bank for restructuring the loan account.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. A memo of withdrawal has also been filed. The same is taken on record.
