This Writ Application involves the following relief:- Order No.

"RELIEF(S) SOUGHT :

Under these circumstances, it is humbly prayed therefore, that the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit the Original Application and call for the records and after hearing the parties the advertisement No.1588/OSSC Dt. 18.4.2017 under Annexure-6.

And further be pleased to direct the Respondents to regularize the services of the applicants against the post of Soil Conservation Extension Worker and the consequential and financial service benefit be extended in favour of the applicants within a reasonable period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal.

Or pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may think fit and proper."

During course of hearing Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners confined this Writ Application to the asking of regularization only. In advancing further submission Mr. Jena, learned

// 2 // counsel for the Petitioners referring to the communication of the Commissioner-cum-Director, Watershed Mission, Odisha dated 28.09.2016 as available at page 69 of the brief, sought for assistance of the said communication to the case of the Petitioners. 3.

Considering the submission of Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court finds, even though the present application is filed in the year 2017, there is no counter affidavit as of now. To avoid any further wastage of time, this Court disposes of this application with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the request of the Petitioners only on regularization aspect and take a lawful decision in the matter keeping in view the development through the communication made by the Commissioner-cum-Director, Watershed Mission, Odisha on 28.09.2016.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Application by the Petitioners. 5.
