This matte is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.

Perused the Office Note dated 3.1.2022. It appears that the Serial number of order dated 20.12.2021 has been wrongly typed as "5" instead of "7".

Considering the above, this Court in modification of its order dated 20.12.2021, directs that the serial number of the said order be corrected as "7" instead of "5". 4.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. Earlier on last occasion, i.e., on 20.12.2021, also none appeared on his behalf. It is presumed the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.
