The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant revised scale of pay under ORSP Rules, 2008 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and all arrear salary be paid to him within a stipulated time. 3.

In course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Principal, Govt. Women's Jr. College, Koraput to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha-opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-4 and, therefore, direction may be given to the authority to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-5, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party

no.3 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the Principal, Govt. Women's Jr. College, Koraput under Annexure-4 taking into consideration Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
