1. This is an application for modification of order dated 12th December, 2022.

2. In paragraph-4 of the order dated 12th December, 2022 the P.S. has been wrongly mentioned as "Nabarangpur" instead of "Dabugaon" and G.R. Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "548 of 2022" instead of "545 of 2022". The same are hereby corrected. The Petitioners are allowed ten days' further time to surrender before the learned court below, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.

3. The I.A. is disposed of.
