01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.C. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted by Mr. Routray that during pendency of the matter Petitioners have been appointed vide order issued in the year 2021. But it is submitted that the Petitioners are entitled to get some financial benefits in terms of the order passed by the learned Tribunal dtd.16.05.2018 in O.A. No.2623(C) of 2016.

4. In view of such submission, the writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioners to make any application, if any cause of action still subsists.
