The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties for his regularization/absorption in any Class-IV post in regular establishment against the available vacancy taking into account the initial date of engagement as NMR with all service and financial benefits. 4.

As it appears, the Sub-Divisional Officer-opposite party no.6 vide order dated 16.05.2019 under Annexure-3 has recommended the representation of the petitioner and others to the Executive Engineer, Nuapada Irrigation DivisionOpposite Party No.5. 5.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.6 under Annexure-3, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
