Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the Opp.Party no.2 shall not be directed to release the testing charges of Rs.12,62,700/- deducting actual testing charge i.e. in between Rs.8,000/- to 9,000/- per batch favouring the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. And if the Opp.Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute. And/or pass any other writ/writs, order/orders the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and c ircumstances of the case/"

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-11 and 12 appear to be pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite

party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure11 and 12 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. "
