The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties for his regularization/absorption in any Class-IV post in regular establishment against the available vacancy taking into account the initial date of engagement as NMR with all service and financial benefits. 4.

As it appears, the Sub-Divisional Officer vide order dated 31.01.2019 under Annexure-3 has recommended the representation of the petitioner and others to the Executive Engineer -Opposite Party No.5. 5.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the recommendation made under Annexure-3, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
