This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner is the widow of the borrower, whose housing loan account for a sum of Rs.5,30,000/- availed on 14th November, 2014 had been declared as NPA on 17th October, 2016 for having defaulted in the monthly EMIs of Rs.10,095/-. 3.
On 6th December, 2021, this Court directed the Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- as a condition for interim protection and on subsequent dated, during the pendency of this case, the Petitioner went on depositing certain amounts towards the outstanding amount.

Today when the matter is taken up, it is conceded by both the counsel for the respective parties that the entire demand raised by the Bank stands deposited and the account has been closed. P.T.O.

In view of the above, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
