Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Anandpur Circle, Anandpur-Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of his grievance petition dated 26th October, 2022 (Annexure-3). 3.

Mr. Parida, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was appointed as Assistant Secretary on daily wage basis under Sadha Seva Cooperative Society Limited in the district of Keonjhar. However, without any communication/ notice, his engagement was discontinued. Although he has worked for five months, he has not even paid his dues. Hence, he made a representation before Opposite Party No.3 to consider his grievance. Although Opposite Party No.3 has received the same, but has not taken any step for its disposal. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC submits that since the matter relates to service condition of an employee, the Petitioner should approach the authority under the provisions of Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Hence, this writ petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the statutory authority for redressal of his grievance. 6.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
