1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail U/s. 438 of Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences under Sections 147/294/323/354/379/506/34 of IPC.

3. Leaned counsel for the State submits that with regard to the order passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Gunapur in 1.C.C. Case No.14 of 2021, summon has been issued to the accused persons.

4. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and the fact that the court below has simply issued summon for appearance of the Petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. Accordingly the prayer for bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is dismissed.
