This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for early Order No.

admission of R.P. Case No.372 of 2022 pending before the Commissioner, , Land Records & Settlement ,Odisha, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the R.P.Case No.372 of 2022 within a period of one month thereafter.
