As the dispute involved herein can be undertaken either under Section 34 of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act and/or under the provision of Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail either of the forums indicated hereinabove.
