02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. Considering the submissions made and the grounds raised herein, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Secretary to Govt., Department of Forest and Environment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, O.P.1 to treat the writ petition as an objection at the instance of the petitioner to the impugned order at Annexure-7 and reconsider the same taking into account Clause-10 of the Resolution of the Government dated 6.2.2013, vide Annexure-1 and also the decision of this Court in the case of State of Orissa and others Vrs. Biharilal, in W.P.(C) No.2831 of 2016, decided on 27.6.2016.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition as well as I.A. stands disposed of.
