1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the Petitioner's claim with regard to his placement in the provisional gradation list published vide office order dtd.10.03.2017.

4. Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that even though an objection was filed on 05.12.2018 under Annexure4, but the O.P. No. 2 refused to consider the same as the due date for filing of such application was already over.

5. This Court after going through the gradation list finds that the said gradation list was published on 10.03.2017 and the objection of the same was only filed on 05.12.2018. Therefore, this Court finds no illegality in the communication issued by the O.P. No. 2 on 31.02.2019 and not inclined to entertain the prayer. However, the

// 2 // Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final gradation list, if the same been published in the meantime.
