1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. It is submitted that during pendency of the matter the Petitioner seeking extension of the benefit of promotion has already approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.28062 of 2019. Accordingly, it is submitted that the Petitioner does not want to press the present writ Petition with liberty to move the aforesaid writ Petition, which has already been filed.

3. In view of that the present writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
