Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the relieve memo no.1090 dated 28.02.2017 passed by opposite party no.1 retiring him on 28.02.2017 and he shall be deemed to have worked till 28.02.2019 as per his date of birth recorded in his Service Book with all service benefits. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made appeal to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite
party no.3 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
