This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to declare that the revision of pay of the applicant as per ORSP Rules, as at Annexure-4 dtd.27.10.2017 is illegal so far as applicant is concerned and direct the respondents to re-fix the pay of the applicant as per his representation and option exercised under Annexure-5 & 5/1 dtd.3.11.2017 and the Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the differential salary on such re-fixation within a time bound period."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 18.12.2017 under Annexure-6 series to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

// 2 // Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-5/1, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
