The Petitioner does not want to press this application, as there Order No.

is some factual error. This Court, therefore, does not like to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a better petition with proper documents.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.

Certified copy of the order at Annexures-2 & 4 shall be returned to the Petitioner after keeping a true attested Xerox copy thereof.
