1. Ms. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her client seeks allotment of shop room by opposite party no.6 (Block Development Officer, Badachana). She submits, several representations were made, copies of which are annexures-7 to 9. 2.
Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there are averments in the petition that the Gram Panchayat invited applications for allotment of shop rooms.

Petitioner will make fresh representation to opposite party no.6. Said opposite party, upon receiving the representation along with copy
