Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the request of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 is pending before the Collector, Dhenkanal. This Court finds, the Writ Petition is premature. However in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directs the Collector, Dhenkanal- Opposite Party No.1 to look into the request of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision by completing such exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners.
