1. There is an unexplained inordinate delay of 762 days in filing the review petition. Consequently, the delay is not condoned.

2. Nevertheless, the review petition has also been examined. Considering the submissions made, we find that no ground is made out for reviewing the order dated 21st November, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.1180 of 2019.

3. The review petition is accordingly dismissed both on the ground of delay as well on merits. Thee application is dismissed. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (K. R. Mohapatra) Judge M. Panda
