This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to absorb them in the regular/wages establishment as like the job contract employee and extend the benefit of pension within a stipulated time.
4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-14 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of keeping in view the judgments of the apex Court in Secretary State of Karnataka and Others v. Umadevi (3) and Others (2006) 4 SCC 1 and State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, (2010) 9 SCC 247.
5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-14 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi & M.L. Keshari (supra) as well as Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
