Commissioner, Odisha has fixed the date of hearing of the objections as 30th November, 2022 (Wednesday) at 11.00 AM. The Memo submitted by the Opposite Party No.5 to this effect is taken on record.

2. In view of the matter, the Petitioner is also permitted to appear before the Excise Commissioner, Odisha with all the documents in his possession on the aforesaid date. No further directions are required at this stage in the present petition.
