This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- (i) to admit this Writ Application.

(ii) to direct the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the matter directly and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners and vide Annexure-2 allotting the Market Complex against the Petitioners those whose shops were demolished and those are maintaining their family in that shops more than 30 years as per terms and conditions of the Govt. otherwise the petitioners family member will die in starvation.

And may pass any other order/orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the

// 2 // Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioners. Result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioners.
