Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to accept her date of birth as 12.10.1948 instead of 12.10.1943.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking correction of her date of birth, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum seeking declaration of her correct date of birth. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
