Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in this case, co-accused persons who are the parents of this Petitioner had moved this Court by filing application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Jodapadar P.S. Case No.68 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. case No.1249 of 2019, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Puri vide ABLAPL No.10759 of 2019. He further submits that this Court in that ABLAPL by order dated 13.08.2021 had directed for their release on bail in the event they surrender before the Court in seisin of the case. It is further submitted that this Petitioner was a Child In Conflict with Law (CICL) as on the date of alleged commission of offences and now he has completed the age of 18 years.

In such circumstances, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty for the Petitioner to approach the forum as available

// 2 // under law by filing appropriate application for appropriate relief by citing all these developments as to grant of bail to the parents of the Petitioner etc. for their consideration in proper perspective.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 26.03.2021 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
