This writ petition involves the following prayer. Order No.

"In the circumstances, it is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, and issue notice to all the parties show cause. The Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to dispose of this matter at this admission directing the opp. Parties especially Opp. Party No.3 Collector & District Magistrate, Balangir to consider the representation dated 13.6.2022 within a stipulated period;

And may pass such other order (s) direction(s) which may deem fit and proper;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

For the pendency of representation at Annexure-2, this Court is unable to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Collector & District Magistrate, Balangir-opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take lawful decision by completing the entire exercise within a period f six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected. In the event there is no commencement of alleged construction, there may not be
