The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 15th September, 2021 passed in Criminal Execution Case No. 38 of 2020 (arising out of C.R.P No. 75 of 2013), whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar dismissed an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 127 Cr.P.C. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM to move learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar with appropriate application.
