Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall renew the prayer for bail at a later stage, giving such liberty his matter stands disposed of.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 26.08.2020. Learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
