The petitioner in this writ petition challenges the inaction on the part of the opposite party no.1 in not listing R.P. Case No.770 of 2019 for admission.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a mention before the opposite party no.1 to take the aforesaid revision petition for admission. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the opposite party no.1 will do the needful. 4.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
