1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
2. When the matter was last taken up on 11.10.2022 following order was passed :
"2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 05.04.2021 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.
3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the O.A. was admitted by order dated 15.05.2019, notices were issued directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. It is submitted by Ms. S. Sahoo, learned counsel that after the unfortunate demise of the learned counsel, who had entered appearance earlier, she has instruction to appear and shall file Vakalatnama within two weeks. The name of the learned counsel, who had entered appearance for the petitioner be deleted. The name of Ms. S. Sahoo, learned counsel be indicated in the cause list as well as the case brief.
5. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that he may be accommodated to obtain instruction and file counter.

6. As prayed for, list on 28.11.2022.
7. Counter be filed by the next date and copy of the same be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner shall have the liberty to file rejoinder, if so advised."
3. Apparently the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel after unfortunate demise of the learned counsel who had appeared earlier.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
