01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking compliance of the order dtd.03.01.2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.2812 of 2016.
3. Mr. K.N. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that challenging the order dtd.03.01.2017 the State-Opp. Parties approached this Court in W.P.(C) No. 7718 of 2018 and this Court vide order dtd.02.05.2022 was pleased to dismiss the same. It is also contended that the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner on 13.09.2005 has also been quashed by this Court in its order dtd.01.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 571 of 2021. Copies of those orders produced by Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court be kept on record.
4. In view of the fact that the writ petition filed against the order dtd.03.01.2017 has been dismissed by this Court and so also the
// 2 // proceeding initiated against the Petitioner, Opp. Parties are directed to comply with the order dtd.03.01.2017 within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today, failing which suo moto contempt proceeding will be initiated against the Opp. Party-Contemnor.
5. CONTC(CP) is accordingly disposed of.
