Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks a direction to the opposite parties to register the complaint filed by the petitioner and complete the investigation within a stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the I.I.C., Badabazar, Police Station (opposite party no.4) to register the F.I.R against the alleged accused persons within a period of fifteen days, as and when the petitioner
